Get Repaired and Better Sold PhotoI am sure that my late father would agree when my mom lives with me in the city. She could do anything no more here and the house where I was born and grew up has already looked too old and not deserved to live in; there is nothing to defend the house. The house would be better to be sold.

The big yard I used to play during my kiddy age was sold after my dad was laid off from the shoe company he worked. Most of the furniture at home has also been sold and bid to cover his debts during his life. Now, before the house condition gets worsening, the idea of selling it is logical and inevitable.

But of course we cannot sell the house in that condition; the price would be dropped very low. We need to get it repaired to get better sold. This is apparently the most appropriate thing to get balance. Another problem is we don’t have enough budgets to break the ice. My saving is not enough to get a thorough renovation meanwhile the winter is coming so fast.

My mom and I finally decide to get emergency cash loans to cover almost a half portion of the calculated budget for the house repair. I don’t think it is a bad idea since I know some good companies that could support us with a very quick service and really light payback interest. Once I submitted a loan to the company and it did not trouble me with some bound agreements and conditions; on the other hand, I received the cash loan the next day. It means something for me and I don’t have to hesitate to use their service again.
