Messy PC

This is the fifth time happening to me; my personal computer is stuck again! The mouse does not want to move and the programs don’t seem to run, meanwhile I am in the middle of making an urgent report for the production progress this week. I have been inputting the data for an hour and I have not happened to save the work! This is absolutely disaster! I really have no idea why my computer acts like this. The last trouble was almost the same, but the mouse was still movable at that time. At that time, I only pushed manual ‘shut down’ button, restarted the computer and the computer worked again.
I am sure I can’t just let this problem drifted all the time like this; I need to have my computer serviced and updated because I don’t know much about computer system and the way it works. Entrusting the repair to a professional will give me a relieved feeling. Besides, I also want to have some new programs installed in my computer to make my job easier to do.
Contacting a computer repair service is not a hard thing to do. I could just easily get online to find one best service in town and send them email or have a chat with them. But since my computer is absolutely in mess, I guess making a call is the only choice I have. Browsing a phone book on the receptionist desk, I find several good recommended ones. After a while call to a nearest computer repair company, I return to my desk and not so long a repairman comes to me introducing himself as a representative of the company I called moment ago. He comes so fast, I am impressed!
Telling him what is going on, I show him my computer and he instantly understands what to do. He seems to be so professional on his job until just about few minutes my computer works again. He told me the problem that actually I hardly understand it. He suggests me to change some parts to make my computer works well again. I don’t have problem with it so I agree with him. I also ask him if he could provide me with some new programs I wish.
After a while, everything is going so well again and I have the new programs on my computer. If I ought to calculate the time, it was only less than 30 minutes he repaired and installed new parts and new programs on my computer. It is a very impressive job I ever know. They indeed do the best at everything they should do. I am sure I have no hesitation to call them again.
